Terms & Conditions – Globeenjoy Tours

Welcome to Globeenjoy Tours. By accessing or using our website (www.globeenjoytours.com) or communicating with us for travel arrangements, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking

User Agreement

You must be 18 years or older to make a booking with us.
Use of our website or services indicates your full acceptance of these Terms.
These Terms are designed for the protection of both you and Globeenjoy Tours

Booking Conditions

Bookings are confirmed only after we receive your written confirmation plus:
- 20% non-refundable deposit of the total cost, or
- 50% deposit for peak season bookings.
Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of confirmation.
By paying a deposit or full amount, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

Payments

Final balance is due no later than 30 days before arrival.
Payments can be made via:
1. Bank Transfer (client covers overseas charges), or
2. Secure Online Payment Gateway (Visa & Mastercard accepted; 3.5% handling fee applies).
Payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, or LKR.
If payments are not made on time, Globeenjoy Tours reserves the right to cancel your booking.

Price Policy

Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change due to external factors (e.g., supplier price increases, currency fluctuations, government taxes).
In such cases, you may either:
- Accept the revised price, or
- Cancel your booking (subject to cancellation conditions).

Amendments & Cancellations

Amendments to confirmed bookings: additional charges.
Cancellations:
- 41–60 days before arrival – deposit forfeited or carried forward
- 30–40 days – 50% of total cost
- 20–29 days – 75% of total cost
- 19 days or less – 100% of total cost (non-refundable)
Some boutique hotels and experiences have stricter cancellation policies (up to 100% non-refundable).
No refunds are available for unused services once travel has commenced.

Travel Documents & Insurance

You are responsible for ensuring all travelers have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel documents.
Globeenjoy Tours is not liable for denied travel due to incomplete documentation.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.

Liability & Responsibility

Globeenjoy Tours acts as a coordinator between you and service providers.
We are only liable for incidents proven to be caused by our direct negligence.
We are not liable for events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, war, epidemics, government regulations).
Some facilities may be unavailable due to weather, maintenance, or low demand. Where possible, alternatives will be provided.

Traveler Conduct & Damages

You are responsible for your own behavior and that of your party.
If your actions are deemed unsafe, disruptive, or harmful, Globeenjoy Tours reserves the right to terminate your holiday without refund.
You are responsible for paying for any damages caused to property, accommodation, or vehicles during your trip.

Complaints

Any complaints should first be raised immediately with the service provider (hotel, guide, driver, etc.).
If unresolved, notify your Globeenjoy Tours representative.
Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days of returning home.

Exclusion of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate information, website/brochure content may differ from actual experiences.
Images and descriptions are for guidance only.
Globeenjoy Tours does not guarantee or take responsibility for shopping purchases or services not included in your official itinerary.

Governing Law

All bookings are subject to Sri Lankan law and fall under the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.

Electronic Communication

By using our website, you consent to receive communications from us electronically (via email or other digital means).
